CCA relative standing roster

There have been numerous issues with the CCA roster.  Management is changing the ranking with no known reason.  We're trying to get down to the reasons for this.  When you look at the roster, you'll see a column where I put the CURRENT rank management has.  You'll also see the RANK # which is the INITIAL rank a new CCA has within their group.  I've added another column where I add notes for each issue per CCA if necessary.
